Dividend policy

Van Lanschot's dividend policy.

The dividend to be paid each year is determined based on the amount available to shareholders. The amount available to shareholders is the net profit for the year adjusted for interest on the perpetual loans. Van Lanschot’s policy is to pay out between 40% and 50% of the amount available for shareholders as dividend.
