Van Lanschot’s policy regarding investor relations and (bilateral) communication with shareholders.

At Van Lanschot, we aim to keep shareholders, the investment community and the market as a whole up to date on the business developments and financial results of the company.

In doing so, we ensure that we provide all parties with equal and simultaneous information. This is achieved through the issue of press releases and the live transmission via internet webcasts of the press conferences and analyst meetings on the annual results and half-year results.

Bilateral meetings with individual institutional investors are held, mainly during roadshows following the publication of annual and half-year results and during broker conferences. We also try to accommodate other meeting and conference call requests where possible. This dialogue with investors ensures that the investment community has a balanced and complete view of the developments at Van Lanschot.

We do not hold meetings with investors or analysts during our closed periods, which is the month running up to the publication of our annual results and our half-year results.

Responsibility for investor relations lies with the CEO of Van Lanschot.

The Investor Relations department at Van Lanschot is the first point of contact for analysts, shareholders and interested investors. Investor relations inquiries can be directed to:
