Information for holders of depositary receipts for ordinary A shares of Van Lanschot NV.

The ordinary A shares of Van Lanschot NV are held by the foundation Stichting Administratiekantoor van gewone aandelen A Van Lanschot, which has issued depositary receipts for those shares. The depositary receipts are listed on the Euronext Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
 
At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10 May 2006, a resolution was adopted to lift the protective function of issuing depositary receipts. This means, for example, that the foundation will at all times grant proxy votes to the holders of depositary receipts. The foundation’s Articles and Trust Conditions were amended accordingly on 16 May 2006.
