Based on our core values, i.e. ambitious, committed, independent and professional, we clearly defined our shared values in 2009. This is reflected in everything we do from day to day. In 2010, we further fleshed out how we wish to uphold these core values in our way of working and thinking, and brought the way in which we appraise and reward our staff into line with this.
